ASCO电磁阀中的密封部件防止介质泄露的强弱能力称为电磁阀的密封。在选购电磁阀的时候,密封性作为项技术参数也是重要的选型依据之。般意义上我们说电磁阀的密封部件主要就是指的是阀杆和填料函配合处,阀盖和阀体连接的地方、启闭件和阀座两密封面连接处。平时我们经常会说到内漏和外漏现象,外漏通常就是前两种密封部位泄露,内漏就是zui后种情况的泄露,说白了内漏就是关不严,外漏就是介质由阀内泄露到阀外了。两种泄露情况都很影响电磁阀的工作,甚有时候会发生事故。内漏主要是影响阀门截断介质的能力,所以在截断阀中,内漏与否是判断阀好坏的个重要标准。外漏则会导致介质的浪费以及污染环境。尤其是当介质是有毒性、有放射性或者易燃易爆的时候,外漏就是明令禁止的,所以此类电磁阀的选择更是关重要,必须要求有的密封。
